Stability and clarity are possible. At Navigating Seasons Counselling Services, I provide a grounded space to help you find a sustainable path through everyday struggles or complex life changes. I offer affirming support for Anxiety, stress, low mood, C-PTSD, Neurodiversity (ADHD/Autism), and Chronic Health. Drawing on lived experience of sight loss, I ensure you feel understood without explaining the basics. My 5-pillar Integrative-IFS informed model adapts to your specific needs. Based in the Black Country and working UK-wide, I invite you to book a free 20-minute discovery call to see if we are a good fit.
Experience
My background is rooted in supporting individuals through lifes most complex transitions, as well as the everyday challenges that can leave anyone feeling stuck. I understand that whether you are navigating a specific life hurdle or the deep toll of trauma and neurodiversity, you need a space that acknowledges your unique experience. As an accredited counsellor, I use a structured 5-pillar Integrative-IFS informed model with a focus on the Somatic Pathway. By looking at how your body holds tension, we address the roots of distress. I use a specific unblending protocol to help you find distance from overwhelming thoughts. Having lived experience of chronic health and sight loss, I provide a culturally-attuned, expert framework where you feel truly seen.
